Claresholm Pharmacy offers a broad range of pharmacy services. We specialize in compounding and compliance packaging with a focus on improving medication compliance. Our skilled and friendly staff can offer services such as filling your prescription or transferring your prescriptions from another pharmacy to our location. We review every prescription to ensure it is appropriate and accurate.
We pride ourselves in providing the best service we can and would be happy to answer any questions you may have about your prescriptions or any health issues. Our goal is to serve the community and to help optimize your health and wellness.
If you would like to transfer your prescriptions to Claresholm Pharmacy, please provide us with your previous pharmacy information and we will contact your previous pharmacy to transfer your file to us. We would be happy to serve you!
If you have run out of refills, our pharmacy staff can review your prescription and authorize a short supply until you can get in to see your family physician. Please note: we can not renew certain medications, such as narcotics.
Our pharmacists are trained and authorized to provide new prescriptions for minor ailments such as allergies, certain infections, pain treatment and many other conditions. Please see our Clinical Services section for more information
We provide a free service to help package and organize your medications into blister packages. These compliance packages help you to take your medications at the right times to simplify your day. While this service is often provided for seniors, blister packaging can be provided for any of our customers, if they choose. We can fill your packages for a 7 or 28 day supply.
Our pharmacy can offer various medications formulated in creams, ointments or other solid dosage forms, to meet the needs of our customers. Please feel free to inquire with one of our pharmacy staff further.
We offer free delivery to our customers in the local trading area.
Our pharmacists are available by appointment or drop in to review your medications and answer any questions you may have. Your health is our priority.
